On Premises is a brand of Lost in the Sauce LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We deliver and manage private AI infrastructure for customers in the United States. Contact: hello@onpremises.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information through onpremises.ai, our Calendly booking page, and ordinary business communications.
Customer content processed by an AI system installed inside a customer’s network remains under that customer’s control. If a customer authorizes us to access personal information during installation, support, maintenance, or managed services, we process it only to provide those services and as permitted by the applicable written commercial agreement. That agreement, including any data-processing terms, controls if it conflicts with this website policy.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and booking details such as name, email address, phone number, company name, meeting notes, and messages you send us (including through Calendly or email).
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. Our hosting provider processes this information in server and security logs.
- Marketing and attribution data such as UTM parameters, click identifiers (for example gclid), and similar campaign tags when you arrive from an ad or email. When you follow a booking link, the site adds any supported campaign parameters from the current page URL to the Calendly URL, and we may receive them with booking or campaign records.
- Business information you choose to share about workloads, infrastructure, or purchasing needs so we can respond to a sales conversation.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not require payment card details on the site.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
- Provide quotes, proposals, installation, and support.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Understand where inquiries come from and measure marketing performance.
- Comply with law and protect our rights.
Cookies and similar technologies
On onpremises.ai, we do not currently deploy Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, or a tag manager, and our site code does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies or use browser local storage. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes request and security logs. Pages load typefaces through Google Fonts; Google states that its Fonts API does not set or log cookies.
If you follow a booking link, you leave our site and visit Calendly. Calendly may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies subject to its privacy notice and the choices it presents on its booking page. We will update this policy and provide any required consent or opt-out controls before introducing analytics or advertising technologies that materially change these practices.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the business, including with:
- Service providers that perform services for us, including Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for email routing, Calendly for scheduling, and Google Fonts for website typefaces. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
- Professional advisors when needed (legal, accounting, insurance).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any notices and choices required by law before beginning that processing.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including lead follow-up, customer records, legal, tax, and accounting needs. Booking and email records are typically retained while an opportunity or customer relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless a longer period is required by law or a written agreement.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and our small-business website and sales process. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data in an initial email. Contact hello@onpremises.ai so we can arrange an appropriate way to exchange information if needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers us, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information we hold about you; to opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a denied request. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To make a request, email hello@onpremises.ai. Tell us the right you want to exercise and the state or country where you live. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages; transactional and service messages may still be sent.
Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, a browser-based opt-out preference signal does not change how we process information on this site. If we introduce processing subject to a legally recognized universal opt-out signal, we will honor that signal as required by applicable law.
Children
This site is directed to business customers and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party sites
Our site may link to third-party sites or tools (including Calendly and external profiles). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
International visitors
We serve customers in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the bottom will change when we do. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. A new policy will not apply retroactively in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.
